Yes that's FTTC, but in order to check if the others get FTTP, below that does it say 'WBC FTTP' (in which case they do) or 'FTTP on demand' (which is an expensive product to order)?
If it's just FTTC then the others can get between 60 - 80MBit so in theory you should get the same once Openreach get your flat on the system when you create an order.
