Hi. I just wondered if anyone is having problems with the BT app lately. I have access controls set up with my app that pauses the WiFi at night. Thing is when I check the app in the morning the group in my WiFi off has vanished so the WiFi has not gone off at night.i have a teenager and need to restrict access at night. Removed his phone last night but same thing happened. Would performing a hard reset do this?
No issues with the app but the 1st thing I'd check is the teenager. He or she is lot more I.T. literate than you and has probably found a way to switch the WiFi back on. If you haven't changed your passwords, they're on the back of the hub and he/she haswhas out by going in to the Hub settings, he/she can disable everything that you have put in place.
