Hi All,
Ever since i have moved onto the icloud express setup, my router keeps disconnecting every evening roughly the same time. The Business hub 6 goes a purple colour and the 4G assure kicks in. But I have to reboot the router every time so it goes blue again. Once I do this, it stays connected until the next evening.
I reported it to BT back in May and they sent me a new Hub 6 router as they thought it was due to a software update not able to install on the old router. New router arrived and worked fine for about a month and now the fault has returned.
BT have done all the line checks and state all looks good (all green) and it must be something in the building causing it. However before I moved to icloud setup I never had this issue and nothing has changed inside the property.
Not sure what else to do. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
