My emails have disappeared

i have suddenly lost all sent emails prior to 12/9/21.  They have disappeared from Iphone, Ipad and Windows laptop. I cannot find them in any other folder, i havent changed any devices and cannot see any obvious changes to settings? Spent hours but cannot resolve

Thank you for posting. 

If you take a look at BT Email: some of my emails are missing. Can I recover them? you'll find a few suggestion that can help.

You would need to check your email setting across all of your devices to make sure they are set up with IMAP and not POP3.
