My parental controls are not working

I have rebooted the hub but it has not changed anything.

As an extra test, I added a website to the blocked list but it is still showing up when I google it.

I cleared the caches on both my computer and my phone.

I don't know what to do now. I just want the moderate version of parental controls as I have teenagers here. They are very reasonable but it is so easy to stumble across something one has not asked for!

I don't think these parental controls ever worked here but I am now so eager to find a solution that I am considering switching broadband provider.

Please help.
