Can you explain why "Reply-to" is not available to be deleted by end users via webmail? Also explain why it is not available at all via webmail.
This clearly leads on to there being many in a potential similar situation - which needs to be investigated and the users who have this set in webmail informed about it.
Why don't you do proper fault finding, rather than single cases?

Thanks for popping back to say it's fixed.
Were you told what the problem was, and how it was cleared?
