I was asked to post here following a poor review I posted on the 'Playstore'.
I am no longer able to sign in to the MyBT app (since the last update). I can still log in on the website, do my email etc.
Contacting 'support' has not helped.
I have deleted app cashe on my S20 and then reinstalled but no luck.
Any advice?
Hi @KeithDuf no problem on a Samsung S7. Which update are you referring to?

Ah, yes I see that now. As you have the latest Samsung, I can only think that the app in not yet compatible with the software. It has been mentioned that the BT Sport app software is not yet up to date for IOS 14.

Oh dear! I have installed many apps on the phone but this is the only one with this issue. This kind of problem doesn't look good for BT.
Why don't they keep up?
I can presume it is that. Perhaps someone from BT can confirm it is?

I reported the same issue by phone on the 23-8-20, once on the community and through the Online chat last week. I am still waiting on answer from BT. Do they even monitor this?
