I've recently been put on to the new package with the Now TV pass. I can log in and use the app on the BT box fine but when I use the same login details on a laptop or other device with the Now TV app they show me as having no active passes or registered devices.
It seems that even though the login details I'm using are the same the two are not linked for some reason. Can someone please offer some advice and a fix for this.

If you go to nowtv.com/gb/account/account-details (as below) from a laptop or pc, do you get the "Manage Settings in BT" message as below

No. It says there are no active passes or devices registered.
