@BPBPBP Please remove the email addresses, it is against forum rules.
Hi Many thanks for the reply
We have calmed down a bit since my rant!!
We actually like the new temporary number, its a lot easier to remember and i am prepared to change all the contacts.
I am going to speak to BT on Tuesday 4th Jan to continue the saga.
I will let you know how it goes. but.............. thanks for the help
We liked our second temporary number but BT wouldn't let us keep it. Here's hoping you have better luck.
no - it's public domain information. breaking the "rules" is no problem for BT when the company chooses to change phone numbers without consultation.
Regardless of whether it is public domain information, it is against forum rules. If you don't delete them the mods will.
Well, let's leave it to the professionals shall we?
Good idea, lets make extra work for the small team of mods rather than be a grown up and abide by the rules.
Hello how2, I hope you made a note of Jansen's email address before the pedants struck. If you didn't, just search for Philip Jansen on the net and you'll find his email address, as published by the Daily Telegraph, as well as a few tips about how to complain to BT.
Hi
Many thanks
I did indeed and have them
Many Thanks for that.
