I had to reset the extenders . I then followed the instructions you sent to me in exactly the order laid out and it worked.
They actually differ to the instructions sent out with the package .......very very annoying. So I am not sure if it was the reset which worked or following the different instructions.
Its working now so thanks again. Your help and patience much appreciated.
