I’m unable to connect to Netflix, BBC iPlayer or other apps via the youview box.
my internet is up and the youview connection test confirms my box is online but apps don’t load and according to Google the error message I receive on the Netflix app refers to my device not being able to connect to the internet.
Are the DNS issues affecting Facebook also causing issues here? I couldn’t find any other posts or tweets regarding this and live chat for BT shows as busy so I can’t connect there either. Hence my post 🙂
Netflix confirm they are online.
From current information it seems the Facebook issue should only affect is own family of products.
Restarting your box and/or your router is probably the way forward.
I spoke to BT chat and they are having a separate issue to Facebook etc. They hope to have it resolved in the next 4 hours
