My wife is on holiday in Dubai and for convivence we have been trying to communicate via our BT email addresses, unfortunately not very well.
If I draft a new email, from me in the UK to her in Dubai, they either do not arrive or are delayed (many hours). If they don't arrive I get no indication via an undelivered report so I think they have gone.
If she emails me from Dubai they arrive OK and if I reply to her emails she receives my reply OK. it seems that new emails from me in the UK are being blocked or delayed somehow, why?
