Hi.
Received a new BT Youview box today, having real issues getting the new remote to control my Sony TV.
I'm putting in the correct code when setting up, the TV switches off, but then does not switch on again with the BY remote.
Any suggestions? reset the remote etc, been trying for an hour now!
