Had a frustrating afternoon trying to install new Norton software. It seemed to stall at the "initializing" step, all the software seems to be downloaded. Have uninstalled McAfee and restarted laptop. It now seems to have stopped at one step beyond "initializing", something with a tick box on it When I go to onto MyBT it says that no licences have been used so it has definitely not activated. Laptop is a 10 year old HP, not sure what version of Windows that is. Any suggestions ?
