Hi All
Family SIM package with 4 SIMS started new contract on Sunday. One of them is unable to use data, checked all settings, looks OK. Could be a co-incidence but unlikely. Only thing I noticed was that on the confirmation email this SIM had no out of plan allowance, but I have changed that just in case.
Looking for advice on any settings or diagnostics, also best way to contact someone who can help. Thanks.

Hi Graham,
You're best contacting customer service by dialling 150 from your mobile and speaking with the team about this. If you have bundled data you shouldn't need to increase your spend limit for it to work
