No WiFi

Hi. We have had the Fibre plan since the middle of the 1st lockdown, as we hardly any WiFi for approx 8-10 weeks for the start of lockdown! We have had numerous issues since then with the WiFi dropping in and out everyday. It cost me a small fortune to buy extra GB on my phone so I could use it via hotspot on my phone! We have had numerous engineers come too ok our house and have had numerous phone conversations with BT’s help desk but still had issues. Finally we had a senior engineer come to the house and he came 3 times to resolve the fault.

He informed us that we had only 1no copper working pair coming into our house. He then informed that there is the best fibre available and located near to our house. The engineer and I requested that we were put onto this service but, even after numerous emails complaining and requesting, we have not had the service changed.

Now, at 00.46am, the BT Hub 2, has been flashing orange for over 12 hours! We have done everything we can to resolve this ourselves, as suggested on the BT website, but no change!

We live in Kidderminster. Are we the only ones with no WiFi or is there a fault locally?

Hopefully, someone from BT will read this and get in touch? They should do, as I’ve still been paying my monthly bills, for no service!!!

Re: No WiFi

@Dazwes12

Welcome to this user forum for customers to help each other.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
