Normal for line to reset every few hours during 10 day setup period?

Signed up 5 days ago  for BT  Fibre 2. Getting decent speeds but have noticed that my line resets every 12 hours or so. 

Is this normal during the 10 day setup period, or a sign of troubles?  After connecting everything up they say during the next 10 days they will tweak your profile

For the start my connection speed has been the same:

Hi @gregm and thanks for posting.

Do the lights on the hub etc change when the resets happen? Do they happen at the same time every day? Does anything else happen at the same time?

Times seem random but mostly at night.  So far at:

00:50

21:00

19:27

The one that happened at 19:27 , the lights flashed on the hub. I think they change to orange. Internet drops.

Each time in the logs I see

PPP LCP Send Termination Request (User request)

I've also done a quiet line test.  No issues.
