I hope I am posting in the right bit ?
Last January 2021 I tried to access the manage security page on My BT .The page that allows you to see who has called you but more importantly block scam / nuicence calls .I have used this section before without any problem Last January when trying to access this page I got a message up to say there was a fault and to try later also accompanied by a picture of a telephone exchange with some operators . This is an ongoing complaint with bt as they still have not got mine up and running . Am I alone or part of a much bigger problems.
