Now TV APP BUFFERING

10 & 11 Oct, missed some F1: qualifying and most of the England game today due to the app buffering and then bombing out. Only been with BT for 2:weeks and so far Sky sports via the Now TV App is not up to scratch.  I see this from others this is well known problem. Come on BT, we're paying for this!

The issue appears to be with the app. BT have fed back to NowTV but it's up to them to fix the issue. 

Where you watching live through the epg or on catch-up??

I'm having exactly the same issues with the now TV app. Started during the first half of the England match. Seemed to improve in the second half. Now trying to watch the darts but had to just give up as buffering then throwing up the message 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please go back and try to play again.'

Anybody found a solution yet?

Why are you not watching through the EPG multicast channels??

I purchased my pass directly from nowtv so only available via the app not the epg channels as far as I know.

@Shaunrc ahh right. Yep in that case, you're app only. The app can be a pain. I used to have a similar issue but it hasn't happened for months now. I'm on the UHD Humax box.
