Jist recently signed up to BT and got the now tv package along with the bt sports ect while waitomg for my hub ect BT said i could watch my now tv on my app I've managed to sign im but when ever i try to watch something it asks me to sign up and pay?? But it's already in with my bt package im not using a sky email im using the gmail one which ia the one i gave bt too. Please help
