I was recently upgraded to what BT call digital voice and received a compatible landline phone from them free of charge.
I wanted to connect my fax machine as well. and remembered seeing a digital voice adapter available in BT’s digital voice store
I couldn’t find anywhere to purchase them online.
Any advice?

The solution here may help better than adapter phone CS 150 and ask for an adapter

Re: Obtaining a BT Digital Voice Adapter
Thanks, I’ll try calling then.
I’d actually seen the other solution when browsing the forums, although this wouldn’t work for me because I had my router moved to a different location when Openreach installed fibre
Out wiring is also a bit wonky, I couldn’t get any of our other phone lines to work besides the one next to our router
