Office365 Forms Can't reach this page

I am unable to access forms.office.com via my BT broadband since Saturday.

Initially I thought the problem lay with Microsoft. However, when I connect my devices (pc , ipad) via my mobile phone hotspot I get through no problem. I tried replacing my router that didn't help.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before. I have wasted hours this weekend trying to produce online materials for my students and got no where!

Turning Off BT Web Protect Office Forms

I reported earlier that I could not access forms.office.com via my broadband.

I turned of McAfee this had no effect,

I turned off BT Web Protect and hey presto problem solved.

Could someone at BT sort this issue?
