Old account problems

Has anyone else had problems with old accounts? 

I've spent hours and hours trying to sort problems thatveq arisen through accounts from years ago not being closed. 

All I ever do is go round in circles with useless chatbots.

My latest problem is I can't generate a new email. I spent 2 hours on Sunday morning trying to sort it and
