Old hub doesn't seem suitable at the new address

A couple of days ago I moved to a new address and switched my BT contract accordingly. BT didn't send me a new hub, so I took the old one with me.

At the old place, it was connected to a socket in the wall via the 'broadband' port.

At my new place, I got an Openreach modem. The instructions say it has to be connected to the red WAN port on my hub, but there's no such one there. I tried to connect it to a yellow ethernet port, but it's just flashing purple.

It's quite hard to reach the customer support team these days, so what should I do? Do I understand correctly BT has to send me a different hub, or is there another option?
