I am hoping the mods can help with this as I am going around in circles getting passed to different departments and saying that it will close of soon.
I originally had a home move order for the 1st Sept. However this was cancelled as I no longer required a move of broadband at the new address (property in moving into already has broadband) I therefore got this order cancelled and this was fine.
However, I have now moved out of my property as of Saturday but my line is still active there and I am unable to simply cancel the broadband and the line due to this open order that no one can seem to close? Even though the home move was cancelled and the date has now passed.
Any help would be appreciated as my landlord will want the next tenants to have a free line for them to connect their own broadband!
