Open order needs to be closed

BT have an open order with OpenReach which they are struggling to close. This is stopping me from moving my FTTP broadband to SKY. Is there someone I can contact to get this resolved?

The only people who can help you are the FTTP team, give them a ring, 0800 587 4787

As an aside, have you just had FTTP installed and if so why didn't you go to SKY for the install originally?
