Openreach no power

Hello. I have problem with openreach power. No light, no connection, no Internet.

Openreach dont provide power for routers through the line, it comes from your own sockets. 

Is BT your service provider

Do you have FTTP and are you referring to the ONT????

If so do you have a BBU, Battery Back Up Unit? If so unplug the Mains Power from that and plug it directly into the ONT.
