Update on this, It was my router! I had a duff router from where it was power cycling so much it triggered DLM right to the point that I dropped 15 meg! , BT Openreach guy just came and ran his tests, he replaced the socket to a mk4 as well because I had an old thing. Reset my profile and gave me a new unused hub 5 which he had in the van and I am all good now.
