You seem reluctant to confirm if your enquiry is for a business or residential premises, the post code would suggest a business, if that’s the case, this is the wrong place to ask, as it’s a BT Consumer ( residential ) customer forum....if you are a business there are many business providers that arrange ‘fibre’ , probably something like a leased line.....there aren’t any business that cannot have ‘fibre’ but the costs to get that service could be considerable.
If you happen to be a BT residential customer , then BT only offer service over Openreach networks , and if the area simply isn’t economic for OR to provide ‘fibre’ , then you may have a wait for some sort of public subsidy scheme, or the USO ....if you have a neighbour that has ‘fibre’ , perhaps you can show both their return from this site, as well as yours ( presumably both are current BT customers ) use the address for your neighbour if you don’t know their phone number
