My new home hub 2 arrived today for my FTTP service and I have set it all up, we have a constant orange light on it but can connect and use the internet. When I try to connect to the hub via WiFi or Ethernet I can not access it. Has anybody else had this problem?
Is the PON Light on the ONT Flashing or is it Solid Green?
Or is it off completely and the Red LOS Light on?
If it’s Solid Green then it’ll most likely be a PPPoE Build Issue, could be at Openreaches or BT’s end.
If the PON is Flashing that could be a number of things, ONT Mismatch, connected to wrong Splitter and or Head End?
If the Red aloes Lights on then there’s no light on the Fibre or not enough.
