Ordering new package

Go to solution

Hi,

Previously I have been able to order super fast fibre 2, but that option is not available to me anymore.

Why would this be? Has my line been downgraded?

I hope you can help

H

@hsws

If you enter your BT phone number into this form, and then display the results after editing out your phone number, someone may be able to help.

Your line is not capable of fibre 2 speeds, as you are only getting a 48Mbs connection speed according to the test results on the 30th September. BT would not take the order for fibre 2, if they cannot guarantee the minimum speed for that service.

As more users get connected to the cabinet, the expected connection speeds drop, due to crosstalk.

That would apply to all providers who use that cabinet.
