I have tried to find a resolution before but have little technical knowledge but it's really becoming a problem now.

Is this bounce back from someone using a iCloud.com email address to a btinternet.com email address? Or is this you trying to send an email from the but btinternet.com domain? If the latter what smtp settings are you using?
