BT have nothing to do with Yahoo or Outlook so you may have to address your problem to those companies.
If however you had a BTYahoo email account, which was used prior to BT severing its mail service from Yahoo and setting up its own email service, BTMail, you need to check that you re using the correct settings as per this link.
