People installing fibre outside my building(openreach) how likely is it that I will get it?

I don't see  any updated anywhere?

It says no plans to upgrade the area but the guys are pulling the cables down just as I type this.

It's a group working on behalf of openreach.

Contact Openreach or speak to the people who are installing it. There is nobody on this forum who will be able to answer your question.
