Ping has suddenly spiked and jumps had this issue about a year ago but it seemed to have come back?

Hi, my ping used to be stable but recently it's decided to jump very high and jumps down. Again making online gaming unstable at times, any idea how to fix?

I'm having a massive issue that does the exact same this time of year, at the same time of night. It was initially put down to REIN without any proper investigation or checking. 

Router reconnects over 100times. 60-100% packet loss also. 4 hour periods.

Edit: What sort of ping are you expecting to Ohio, USA? 130 ms is very reasonable from the UK.

Also having major ping issues around 8:30pm at night. It’s been happening all this week without fail at this time, the day it’s completely fine. Before Monday no issues whatsoever, makes gaming a nightmare at the moment and tbh.
