Hello,
I've been struggling with this problem for about a year maybe more now, and I've reached tipping point to finally act.
I am currently on the Fibre 1 package, with an older BT HUB 5.
My issue is this. Overnight something happens to my connection and i'll start the day with terrible pings in games, but never an issue streaming any services or an issue with being connected.
To show you what I mean i've pinged the 8.8. 8.8 primary DNS server for Google DNS.
C:\>ping 8.8.8.8 -t

I have tried changing my filter to the BT line, but it doesn't change a thing.
I don't know what the charges are for BT to check the line or try request a newer version Modem?
Thanks for your help
