Re: PlayStation
Probably because somebody, ie child, has carried out a reset of the controls or if you mean the access controls they have factory reset the BT Hub.

Re: PlayStation
Hi, I don’t use the hub because you can just reset it and get back online.
the bt app allows you to block sites, I’ve been blocking the PlayStation url which has worked fine up to now, it’s not working at all now, but other sites are?
thanks

Re: PlayStation
As @gg30340 said, it's probably because some little tyke has figured out how to turn them off or bypass them.

Re: PlayStation
I guess he’s got round the BT parental controls then? Is there anything I can do to reset them as they were?

Re: PlayStation
If he's ignoring your limits on gaming time and is actively seeking a way around parental controls, take the playstation out of his room until he learns some respect and only let him have it during certain times.
