Interleaving is only applied to a line if it is needed to help improve the stability of the connection.
To get a better understanding of what your connection is doing, please could you post your router stats?
To get your router stats type bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager. Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’.

My ping is 45 i want it lower. My connection is stable i just want a better ping for gaming. Ping used to be lower.

You are on an FTTC connection (Fibre To The Cabinet). It is not possible to make any alterations to these types of connections, as they are controlled automatically by DLM (Dynamic Line Management).
Make sure you always use an Ethernet connection to your gaming device, as wireless will suffer from interference.
as you have a HH6 I would suggest splitting the wireless networks and also select channels manually instead of auto use a wifi analyser hone to find a free or less congested channel
I don't use wireless. My pc is hardwired to router. And the router is wired directly into my master socket. No extensions.
