Got a pack of 4 Premium WhW discs yesterday - super. Set up fine. The master disc is connected via ethernet to the back of our Hub6. Previously I had an Apple Airport Extreme connected for years, hassle free.
This morning everything started dying on a roughly hourly basis. Including other ethernet connections out of the Hub6 - but not the Hub6's own WiFi.
Would take about 5 minutes or a reboot to recover. A bit of digging and I found that when the laptop plugged into the Hub6 died, unplugging the ethernet to the first WHW disc fixed the connection immediately!
Finally got through to support, who said to visit bt.whole.home/steering, and disable 'Legacy' steering. Fingers crossed this fixes it and prevents the wrath of half a dozen home occupants form descending on my poor IT-Admin-Dad head.
Anyone else seen this issue, and did turinng off Legacy steering fix it?
