Factory reset all three disc's and then updated FW again to this build 22A, set up again so fingers crossed.
Have you tried swapping the discs over to see if the problem stays with the disc? If so it could indicate a hardware fault.

I edited my post above tony i spoke to soon, (you were very quick replying lol) i had reset again for 3rd time while i posted the forum message, this time i can now pull logs from all disc's so hoping that will fix my issue.
2 days 21hours so far and still counting, but i was using using the lounge disc with wireless BH just wanted to leave it until i saw any issues, but last night i had issue with firestick so changed the lounge disc to Ethernet BH but it turned out to be firestick at fault so no complaints so far looking good, get logs on all 3 discs and i see usage now in disc status.
i will report back any issues
