Prime video activation

Hi I added prime video to my big sports package over the phone and the person said it would work today. But I have no idea how to get it to work as I didn't mention my email and so there is no activation link. Should it just work without it or do I need to do something else?

Hi @sma20sjd, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't access the Prime video service. You should receive an activation email within a few minutes of your order been placed see How Do I Get Started With Prime Video On BT TV. 
Would you check your online account via MyBT and confirm that the order was placed ok and has completed.
