Problem installing BT antivirus software on to my mobile

Hello All,

I was installing BT antivirus software on my mobile but it failed to complete the installation, but then a message ‘unfortunately system UI tuner has stopped’ appeared and now I cannot get rid of it. Now the phone only displays this message and I cannot really use it anymore, is there a link I can send to the mobile from my own laptop to uninstall all of this BT software returning the phone to its original status.

If you can't get into the settings menu, check online for the procedure to perform a factory reset. If it's an Android phone then it's probably either one of these two.

1. Switch phone off, press and hold Volume down whilst powering it back up or

2. Switch phone off, press and hold Volume up whilst powering it back up

One of those should bring you to the service menu, one of the options of which is factory reset
