I have the following problem with the BT TV app when I set a recording using the app the recording does not show the recording on the box.
can you give the the email address for the BT TV app so that I can email them with the problem

You can email tv.apps@bt.com Matthew, but it'll just come to me anyway ... so I'll just reply here instead. 🙂
Select the My TV tab in the app, then Recordings List, then the History tab at the top - it should show the status of any recording requests you've sent from the app. If they're all stuck in a "Pending" state then that would suggest your box ID has been reset. You'll need to pair the app with the box again - select My TV, then Settings, then Unpair. Then pair it again.
