Problems with Broadband speed throughout our village

Hi, 

I am posting on behalf of my village in Swale kent (Hartlip), basically the speed in our area is slow to every property and we would like to know what options we have if we were to come together and complain about the service.   Of the properties I've  contacted so far here are the stats and they aren't exactly looking great, some are even paying for Fibre!

Is there a specific department I can speak to or someone who deals with mass problems like this?   Happy to speak to a BT rep direct, personally I'd like to setup a business connection as would others in the village.

It is not something BT retail deal with but Openreach have a community scheme. You could make tentative enquires but there is a new voucher scheme coming out soon, you may want to wait for that.

Thanks, ill try them tomorrow, i was going to call up BT anyway. But the speeds in such a small area vary so much its unreal. 

Im sure i could pull together the majority of gbe village if we can get a decent promise of speed.

Im moving from a Virgin area to this village amd going from 340-400meg to sub 20 at best is going to be a shock to the system!
