Public IP not forwarding ports

I have been using dynamic DNS to faciltate remote access to my BT service, without issue.  However, recently (sometime since lockdown started), I have found that both SSH (on non-standard port) and VPN have both stopped working.  My modem is unchanged.   I have spend some time trying to find the problem on my side, and found nothing.  I am now suspecting this is a BT issue.

Is there a change in the BT infrastructure causing this?

In one tracert, I found that there were 3 private IP hops before reaching a public IP.  (But this is not currently the case).

Basically I would like to know if I should be contacting BT, or continue to try find the fault on my side.

Thanks,

Theo

Re: Public IP not forwarding ports

Some Dynamic DNS services have moved to HTTPs which the home hub doesn't support. You could try  a different free Dynamic DNS service to see if that works.

Re: Public IP not forwarding ports

I have checked the Dynamic DNS.  That is not the problem.

I'm using IPV4 address.
