My broadband connection is off and flashing purple light. I checked all the cables and they all good and still no connection... any help?
Check to see if you have a dial tone on your landline
Dial 17070 and make sure you hear your number
have you tried checking to see if any outages in your area?
have you tried using the test socket with a filter
