Push for e-mails to iPhone 12

Hello.  Until recently I could receive alerts for VIP emails on my iPhone 12 even when the email application was not open... this has suddenly stopped, and there is no option to change the schedule from 'Fetch' to 'Push' to enable this. Has anyone had similar problems? Can anyone help?

Hi, @NicolaGibbs welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you recently updated the phone to iOS 15? I noticed that after doing this myself the alerts settings changed.

I found this article on the Apple support site that might help. These features are part of the iPhone and not the email address you use so if you need further help I'd recommend seeking this from Apple.
