I too am having difficulties getting through to someone about my late father's email account. He died 15 months ago and we asked for the email account to be closed. I too am being passed from one team to another, currently on long hold and being told there is nothing that can be done. When he died we set up forwarding to deal with any important emails that came in but then asked for the account to be closed. It hasn't been and we are still getting the occasional message. Not good.
