Discs for Halo

Never received any disc's with my package, where can I get one

Hi @fezzmr   Discs don’t come with Halo, you need Complete WiFi which does come with Halo 3+ only or as an extra subscription.

Welcome to the Community.

The Complete Wifi disc isn't available on all of our Halo packages. The below image will show that it's available with Halo 3+ as standard but not Halo 3.

Do you know which package you have? If you haven't received it as part of your package, I would like to say that I am sorry and that I can help.

If you would like to add Complete Wifi, or change to Halo 3+, let me know as I can also able help with that.

Contact BT and they will send them out to you.   You should have received one disc with your Halo router but you have to request the others, you can have three in total.   I found BT really helpful when I rang, they can only send one disc at a time and they ordered the one and the advisor set up another order a couple of days later to save me having to ring again.
