It's mainly in the morning when I switch telly on and go to Netflix, that little circle goes round and round then I get a message saying can't connect please try later. So I go to HELP and do a system check everything comes back as normal except the up load speed which shows 29mbps, this reading I know is too low for Netflix to operate. This happens on a few occasions especially in the morning. I am paying £64 per month for broadband so I should be on the fastest one.
29mb upload is more than enough for Netflix, are you sure you don't mean download?
